You can uninstall it via two ways:
1. Select "Start Menu -> All Programs -> JJSoft IntelliLogin -> Uninstall IntelliLogin".
2. Select "Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> JJSoft IntelliLogin". [top]
Why is the IntelliLogin toolbar is not visible?
1. You may have disabled browser extensions. In IE, open "Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced". Look at the Browsing section. The option "Enable 3rd party browser extensions" should be checked. Click OK and restart your computer.
2. IntelliLogin is disabled in Browser AddOns (SP2). In IE open "Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage AddOns". Find the entry named IntelliLogin of type explorer bar and enable it.
3. Select "View -> Toolbar -> IntelliLogin" in IE. If other non-IntelliLogin toolbar appears then select "View -> Toolbar -> other toolbar name". Due to a bug in IE, IntelliLogin can appear under some other names in the "View -> Toolbar" list.
4. The Toolbar is visible but only partially. Drag it out. If you see only the word "IntelliLogin" and a chevron next to it, then drag the toolbar by the word IntelliLogin to make it occupy more space horizontally and you will see all of it. If it does not move then you may have your toolbars locked. Unlock them by unchecking "View -> Toolbars -> Lock the Toolbars". [top]

Yes, It can save accounts with different usernames and or different passwords and allows you to select the one you want from a Login menu. [top]
Why can't IntelliLogin save login information automatically sometimes and how can I do it manually?
The following are the possible reasons:
1. The user is not logged in to Intellilogin . If the user is not logged in, try to sign-in IntelliLogin first.
2. The "Offer save logins from web (HTML) form" option is unchecked.
3. The "ALT" key is pressed when clicking the submit button on web (HTML) forms.
4. The web page is not fully loaded. You may need to wait until the web page is fully loaded.
5. The web login form is written by javascript or the password field is missing. If you really want to save the form, please fill the fields fully, then click the Save Forms button on the toolbar. [top]
Should I uninstall an older version of IntelliLogin before installing the newer version?

The Identities button is hidden by default when installing IntelliLogin. To enable it, click on the "IntelliLogin" button and choose "Options..." from the menu. On the Toolbar tab, click on the "Indentities" icon and Click on "Add ->" to display the button on IE. Click "OK". Then
you may fill any form with the Identities feature on IntelliLogin toolbar. Learn more. [top]
Why does IntelliLogin Options window and other Intellilogin dialog boxes cause IE to not respond?
This is a known Microsoft ActiveX bug that is still present as of this minute. To get around this issue, simply press your ESC key and your browser window will respond again.[top]
How can I obain a refund?
To obtain a refund for IntelliLogin software, please complete the following:
1. Uninstall and destroy all copies of IntelliLogin software and Registration Keys (i.e., on computer systems, all backup systems, email accounts, media, printed material)
2. Destroy all documents and data created or printed with IntelliLogin software.
3. Please return the Product Name CD to: 8208 Townsend Street,Fairfax,VA.
4. Certify on company letterhead, signed and dated, that steps 1, 2 and 3 were completed. Please fax the statement to 626-589-9152.
A refund will be issued once we receive the statement and CD. If payment was online with Plimus.com, the credit card used will be credited.
JJSoft Systems will take legal action if evidence exists that a refund was issued and the above steps are not adhered to. All JJSoft Systems license revocations are reported to the SPA (Software Piracy Association) for audit purposes and the appropriate authorities.[top]
